Terms of service

By using BudgetHQ (visiting the site, subscribing to the waitlist, or trying the demo) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

BudgetHQ is in stealth-mode preview. The product roadmap on the landing page describes what we are building, not what is shipped today. The demo flow shows the current state — it is not a production environment. We do not yet offer paid tiers, banking integration, or account persistence beyond local-session demos.

No account is required to browse the site or join the waitlist. The demo flow uses an in-browser session that you can clear at any time. Paid-tier accounts (Family, Pro, Business) are not yet available — separate terms will apply when they ship.

Do not: automate scraping or load-test the public surface; attempt to reverse-engineer the demo session or backend; submit fake or harmful content via the waitlist form; impersonate other users or businesses. Use of automation tools beyond standard search-engine crawling requires written permission from us first.

The BudgetHQ name, "Run your money like an HQ" tagline, design, copy, logos, and product source code are owned by ArkStack. You may quote the landing-page narrative for non-commercial reference (e.g. a blog post about fintech UX) with attribution. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

BudgetHQ is provided AS-IS during the preview. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. BudgetHQ is not a bank, not a licensed financial advisor, and not regulated as a payment institution. Anything you see in the demo flow is illustrative, not investment, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent allowed by Polish law, ArkStack is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of BudgetHQ during the preview. Our total liability is capped at €100. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Polish or EU law.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Warsaw, Poland, subject to your mandatory consumer-protection rights under EU law to bring claims in your country of residence.

We may update these terms when material parts of the product change (new tiers ship, new data flows land, legal landscape shifts). If we update them in a way that meaningfully affects your rights, we will email everyone on the waitlist and bump the version number above.
