Opt-in AI suggests categories from transaction context β vendor, amount pattern, time of month. Each suggestion gets a confidence score; you approve or override. Audit log every decision.

Snap a receipt, OCR extracts vendor + total + line items + VAT. Attaches to the transaction or creates one. Consent-gated like all AI features.
- Recurring detection
Pattern-detect recurring transactions (subscriptions, bills, salary). Surface them on the cash-flow forecast; alert on changes to amount or cadence.

- Can I import from my existing bank?
- Yes. Open Banking sync covers most EU + UK banks; CSV / OFX import covers the rest. No vendor lock-in.
- How does multi-currency work?
- Each account holds its native currency. The cross-account dashboard converts to your base currency using daily FX rates. Historical reports preserve the rate at the transaction date.
- Is AI categorization on by default?
- No. AI features are off until you explicitly enable them. Once on, each request shows a cost estimate before running and lands in your audit log.
- What about privacy?
- Your transactions are stored in your workspace. Self-host on your own infra, or use our EU-region cloud (Frankfurt + Brevo backup). GDPR-aligned by default. No telemetry on transaction content.
